- Do not use a public WiFi internet connection during the online consultation.
- Identification:
- Provide your name, address, and date of birth. Your identity will be verified (e.g., by a copy of your Driver’s Licence).
- Privacy and Confidentiality:
- Your privacy and confidentiality are paramount. The consultation will not be recorded without your prior consent. If recorded, the files will be handled according to privacy laws.
- Comfort and Preparedness:
- Make sure you are comfortable using audio-visual technology. Support and guidance will be provided to ensure a smooth experience.
