- If payment is not received within 7 days, services will be suspended until the outstanding balance is paid.
Cancellation Policy
Policy: Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an
appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a
fee of 50% of the consultation cost.
Procedure:
- Confirmation of appointments 48 hours in advance via email or text.
- If a client cancels less than 24 hours before the appointment, issue an invoice for
50% of the consultation fee. - Document the cancellation in the client’s record.
- Offer to reschedule the appointment at the client’s earliest convenience.
